Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TechnoSolutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within [number of days] days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
- The goods are in the original packaging.
- The following goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Process for Returns
Contact Us - To initiate a return, please contact us at info@technosolutions.net.in with your receipt or proof of purchase, and provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Shipping - After receiving a return authorization, send the goods to the following address: 149, Chhoteauazipur, Near Sulabh Complex, Gorakhpur. U. P-273001.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions, feel free to contact our customer support team.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
